About This Project

A popular retail destination on The Wirral, The Croft Retail and Leisure Park has seen a considerable increase in its social media audience since Mercury was appointed in 2015.

Through creating innovative content by working closely with retailers, we have increased the social media audience by 205% and have helped to significantly raise awareness about the shopping park. More than 2.8 million people saw the Christmas social media campaign, which saw a boost in footfall and sales for Smyths Toys.

The new website also sees thousands of visitors every month, which has comprehensive detail on various features of the shopping park.
